Every assessment proceeds through the same four steps, in the same order, under the same standards — whether you are a sole operator or running a fifty-person services firm.

    The structured intake

    A 45-minute structured interview. Every bottleneck across administration, marketing, sales, and delivery is captured verbatim. The transcript is the artifact.

  2. 02

    Analysis

    Pattern recognition at scale

    The transcript is processed against the Institute's prompt library. Five to seven candidate interventions surface, ranked against the Three Levers of ROI.

    Findings

    The Certified Assessment Report

    A signed document — executive summary, priority matrix, four-day quick-start, projected financial impact. Not slides. Not a coaching call.

    Operator-led, analyst-supported

    Each recommendation is read on its merits, dispositioned, and either accepted, deferred, or rejected. Implementation is optional.
