About the Institute
An independent body for measuring AI readiness in the businesses that actually run the economy.
The Institute was established to address a practical problem: the gap between what artificial intelligence can do for an operating business and what an operator can confidently deploy on a Monday morning.
Most operators do not need a course. They do not need a tour of the model landscape. They need a structured diagnostic that identifies the three to seven highest-leverage interventions specific to their week, prescribes named off-the-shelf tools to perform them, and stands behind that prescription with a written guarantee.
The Institute issues that diagnostic. It is called the Certified Assessment Report. It is governed by a published methodology, signed by the Office of the Registrar, and is the same instrument whether it is issued to a sole operator or to the partner of a fifty-person services firm.
The Institute is independent. It is not a reseller. It receives no compensation from any tool prescribed in any report. Its only instrument of revenue is the assessment itself.
Standards
What it means for a report to bear the seal.

The methodology was followed.
Every article — Audit, Analysis, Findings, Review — was executed in order, by a Registrar-trained analyst, against the published methodology of record.

The findings are operator-specific.
No two reports are identical. Tooling is prescribed against the operator's actual bottlenecks, not against a generic stack or a recommended starter kit.

The Institute is unconflicted.
No tool vendor compensates the Institute. The prescription reflects the operator's interest, not a partnership pipeline.

The Registrar signs.
The Registrar reviews every report before it is issued. The signature is a guarantee of process, not of outcome.
Article V. The Guarantee
Five hours per week, or the assessment is refunded.
If the Certified Assessment Report does not identify at least five hours of recoverable operator time per week, the assessment fee is refunded in full upon written request. The guarantee is the position the Institute takes in writing.
