Frequently Examined
Questions the Registrar receives most often.
- Who is the assessment for?
- Operating businesses with a human at the center — sole operators, founders, service-firm partners, owner-operators. If you are the person whose hours we are recovering, you are who the Institute is for.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. The methodology assumes the operator is not technical. Every prescribed tool is off-the-shelf, with documented setup, and the four-day quick-start in the report assumes a non-technical implementer.
- How long does the full process take?
- Approximately five business days end-to-end: intake within one business day of submission, the forty-five-minute interview, analysis, and the signed report delivered with a review call.
- What does the report look like?
- A document. Not slides. Executive summary, priority matrix, three to seven prescribed interventions, a four-day quick-start, and the projected financial impact. Signed by the Registrar.
- Will you implement the recommendations for me?
- The Institute issues assessments. Implementation, if elected, is scoped separately. The Institute does not require any operator to engage further.
- How does the guarantee work?
- If the report does not identify at least five hours of recoverable operator time per week, the assessment fee is refunded in full upon written request to the Office of the Registrar.
